Domaine de La Romanée Conti

On Thursday, November 19 at 6:00 PM, we invite you to an extraordinary dinner for just 10 guests, seated around one long table.

An evening dedicated to Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and the exceptional 2022 vintage – featuring a selection of the domaine’s most iconic wines, served around the same table.

The evening begins with Dom Pérignon 2017 and Dom Pérignon 2018, accompanying the evening’s snacks.

This is followed by a gastronomic journey through Domaine de la Romanée-Conti:

Throughout the dinner, Ib Bergkjær from wine merchant Sigurd Møller Vinimport will join us at the table to share his knowledge of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, its history, terroir, and its iconic vineyards. An evening where the wines are not simply tasted, but understood and experienced through the stories behind them.

The menu is created by Jonathan Berntsen, with the wines as its starting point. The food is deliberately simple and precise – designed to complement and support the wines, never to overpower them.

Because when you have the opportunity to taste Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, the wine should be allowed to take center stage.

This evening is therefore not about demonstrating how much can be done with food, but about showing respect for what is being served and for the extraordinary moment that arises when some of the world’s most sought-after wines are opened around a single table.

The evening concludes with Château d’Yquem 2022 served with dessert.

The price is 16000 DKR per person, a pre-payment of 4000 DKR + booking fee.
